HLC is a type of coaching that focuses on improving overall well-being on all levels physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and their health by taking into account various aspects of a person's life, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, relationships, and personal goals.
I work with my clients to develop customized plans that take into account all of these levels and areas, and I provide support and guidance as clients work towards their well-being.
My intention is to help clients achieve optimal health and well-being, not just physically but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I use a range of techniques and tools to support my clients, such as counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, sound healing, fitness exercises, nutrition advice, and other well-being practices.
Overall, I hope to help individuals achieve a sense of balance and harmony in their lives, so they can live a fulfilling and healthy life.
